Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
Weekends & Public Holidays
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Ready Stock
Most items available on our website are in stock and ready to ship. Each order is carefully packed to ensure your products arrive safely.
Pre-Orders
Occasionally, some products may be available on a pre-order basis, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page. These items may take slightly longer to dispatch, and we will keep you informed about the expected timeline.
Shipping Destinations
Within India
We ship across India to most serviceable pin codes.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to many countries worldwide. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Processing & Delivery Time
Within India
- Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days after processing.
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
Estimated total delivery time: approximately 5–10 days from placing the order.
International Orders
- International deliveries usually take 7–12 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of the package.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by the destination country.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or customs processing.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Order Confirmation
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details, including your order number and shipping address.
Shipping Notification
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive another email containing your tracking details and courier information, so you can follow your package until it arrives.
